1. Who is responsible for your data

PH Brandz is responsible for decisions about the use of data collected on this website. To ask questions or exercise your rights, email phbrandz@gmail.comwith “Privacy” in the subject line.

2. Information you provide

When you complete the brand review form, you provide your name, company, email address, WhatsApp number, company website or profile, project type, budget range and a description of your needs.

We use this information to review your enquiry, respond, clarify questions and prepare a potential proposal. Please avoid including passwords, identity documents, health information or other sensitive data in the message field.

3. Form submissions and WhatsApp

The form uses FormSubmit to forward your enquiry to PH Brandz by email. Your information passes through that service so the message can be delivered.

After submission, the site may also open WhatsApp with a message containing your form responses. This shares the message with WhatsApp to prepare the conversation; you decide whether to send it in the app. Email and WhatsApp services have their own privacy policies.

4. Cookies and browsing analytics

If you accept optional cookies, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand clicks, scrolling, interaction time, pages and technical characteristics of your browser and device. The service provides heatmaps and session replays; it does not record your camera or microphone.

The project is configured to mask sensitive information and the entire form. We have not configured events that send the contents of form responses. Clarity loads only on the homepage; this installation does not include the DealRoom and NameScan tools.

Clarity uses analytics cookies, such as _clck and _clsk, to associate interactions and sessions. The integration signals that advertising storage is denied and does not install advertising campaign pixels.

5. Accepting, declining or changing your mind

In the cookie banner, “Accept cookies” enables optional analytics and “Decline optional cookies” keeps Clarity disabled. You can reopen this choice using the button below or “Cookie preferences” in the site footer.

Your preference is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. If you withdraw a previous choice, we stop collection on subsequent page loads and remove analytics cookies accessible to this website. Withdrawal does not automatically erase data already collected; you can contact us to request a review of that data.

6. Hosting, security and service providers

The website is hosted on Vercel, which may process technical logs, such as IP addresses, requests and errors, to deliver and protect the service. The site also uses external services for fonts and content, such as Google Fonts and YouTube videos when accessed.

Depending on the feature you use, your data may be processed by hosting, form, email, WhatsApp and analytics providers. These providers may operate in other countries and apply their own processing terms and safeguards. PH uses HTTPS and access controls for the services it administers.

7. How long we keep information

Contact messages are kept for as long as necessary to follow up on your enquiry and any business relationship, and to meet applicable obligations. External services have their own retention periods. You can request storage information and ask for your data to be deleted, subject to permitted retention requirements.

8. Your rights and how to contact us

You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, information about sharing, withdrawal of consent and, where applicable, deletion, anonymization or restriction of information. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity.
